777joy Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Restriction. The 777joy platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use any service on the platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 777joy reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you are found to be under the age of 21, your account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming policies.

1.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 777joy. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonus funds may be forfeited at 777joy's sole discretion.

1.3 Accurate Information. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).

• You must not be a 777joy employee, contractor, or immediate family member of such persons.

2. Account Management and Security

2.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 777joy account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Accounts under active investigation for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms may not be immediately closed pending the outcome of the investigation.
